Moving into a home

Plan cleaning after access is confirmed and, where practical, before boxes and furniture arrive. Tell us whether the property is empty and which kitchens, bathrooms or storage areas need attention.

Moving out of a home

Coordinate the visit with furniture removal and the final handover. Share a landlord or property-manager checklist in advance so requested tasks can be reviewed and agreed.

Prepare the property details

Provide the address, approximate size, number of bathrooms, condition and any requested extras. In a condo, include loading, parking and elevator arrangements.

Confirm timing and expectations

A cleaning visit is based on an agreed scope. It does not guarantee a deposit return or approval by a third-party inspector. Contact us if the moving schedule or access is uncertain.

Appliance and cabinet interiors are selected extras, not automatically included in the base clean. Heavy buildup, belongings left in place and specialist work may need a tailored quote.

Kitchen cabinets and drawers

Add Empty Kitchen Cabinet Interiors for $85 before GST: one empty kitchen with up to 20 standard cupboards or individual drawers. Includes accessible interior shelves, surfaces and drawer interiors. Larger kitchens need a tailored quote.

Bathroom vanities count, too

Add Empty Bathroom Vanity Interiors for $30 per vanity before GST, covering up to six standard cupboards or individual drawers within each vanity. Select the number of vanities you need; these interiors are separate from the kitchen package and standard bathroom surface cleaning.

Please empty them before we arrive

Remove food, dishes, toiletries and personal items from every selected cupboard or drawer. For the package limits, upper and lower cupboards count separately, and each drawer counts as one compartment.

Still full, oversized or heavily soiled?

Send us a photo before booking. Handling belongings or additional buildup needs extra time and an agreed quote; we won’t assume you want contents moved or discarded.

Appliance interiors—such as the oven, fridge, dishwasher and washer/dryer—are separate extras. Choose the ones your move requires.
