How much does house cleaning cost in Vancouver?

For a well-maintained two-bedroom, two-bathroom Vancouver home, our maintenance example starts with a $270 initial visit before GST. Ongoing visits for that example are $229.50 weekly, $243 every two weeks or $256.50 every four weeks, before GST and extras. These are planning examples, not a fixed price for every two-bedroom home.

What does maintenance cleaning cover?

The everyday scope includes kitchen and bathroom surfaces, accessible dusting, vacuuming and mopping. Appliance and cabinet interiors are selected separately. For accumulated buildup or detailed work beyond upkeep, compare deep cleaning before choosing your service.

Planning a condo or apartment clean

Include your unit and buzzer, concierge arrangements and parking information when booking. Tell us about elevator restrictions or building access hours. Clear access to the areas you want cleaned and flag delicate finishes or products you prefer us to avoid.
